We are now hiring for the following positions:
Rehabilitation Coach
You will provide mentoring, counselling, communication with schools and workplace of clients and case management support for clients and their families.
​
This will be a full-time position with flexible hours and you will report to the Head of CRC/Senior Rehabilitation Coach.
AM/PM/Overnight shift work is also required.
Responsibilities

Provide mentoring to increase and/or sustain the motivation of the clients
-
Build and/or sustain a positive peer culture and climate within the CRC as well as among the clients
-
Communicate with families, agencies, and any other parties involved in the rehabilitation of the client
-
Maintain orderly conduct of clients both inside and outside the CRC
Qualifications
-
GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a residential setting OR Diploma in Counselling, Social Work or Psychology (Fresh graduates will be considered.)

Preferably an Accredited Social Worker or Accredited Social Service Practitioner.
Skills and Competencies
-
Understanding of adolescent and/or human development
-
Ability to communicate with and engage in activities relevant to youth
-
Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic statistical analysis
-
Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
-
Knowledge of mentoring youth
-
Knowledge of working with the families of the youth
-
Ability to participate in sports and activities with youth

Shift Work: AM, PM, Overnight

Assistant Rehabilitation Coach
You will provide Security and maintain the orderly conduct of clients both inside and outside the CRC.
​
This will be a full-time position with flexible hours and you will report to the Head of CRC/Senior Rehabilitation Coach.
Overnight shift work is required and will have a permanent nightshift schedule.
Responsibilities
-
Build and/or sustain a positive peer culture and climate within the CRC as well as among the clients.

Maintain orderly conduct of clients both inside and outside the CRC.

Half-hour and Hourly routine checks for residents’ safety and building security.
-
Other ad hoc tasks as operationally needed.
Qualifications
-
GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience (preferably in a residential setting)
-
Diploma or equivalent certification in areas not specific to Counselling, Social Work or Psychology (fresh graduates will be considered)
Skills and Competencies

Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic statistical analysis

Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills

Basic Security awareness skills
